Our Plant

Our automated nitrile glove line includes in-house lab capabilities for milling and formulation, ensuring tight control over properties and batch consistency. The line features a closed-loop thermal-oil oven, dual-stage tanks, automated bead rolling and curing, and a robotic count-and-pack system, all governed by UL-listed, PLC-driven panels with safety interlocks. A high-efficiency burner powers the thermal-oil heater for precise, uniform heat. Current capacity is 110 million gloves per year.

Highest Performance

  • Robotic Arms: arms handle pick-and-place, box erecting, and case packing, with gentle end-of-arm tooling to prevent cuff damage and ensure consistent counts. The cells are fully interlocked with the PLC for safe, lights-out operation.
  • Our Expertise: Principal Engineers, including a Chief Engineer with over 40 years of experience, a Mechanical Engineer with over 25 years of experience, and an Electrical Engineer with over 15 years of experience were on site to oversee the fabrication and installation.
  • Our capabilities: Full production line commissioning including site layout, design, fabrication, the production line circuit installation and commissioning of the scrubbing device, chain tensioning system, crimping device, pre-demolding, demolding machine, counting machine, and system validation and verification.

How the Gloves are Made

  • Glove Making Process: Each mold passes through a meticulously controlled sequence of dipping, leaching, vulcanizing, coating, and curing stages, all governed by advanced PLC systems and temperature synchronized ovens. Inline sensors continuously monitor glove thickness, tensile strength, and surface finish, guaranteeing every glove meets ASTM and FDA standards before it leaves the line.
  • Scalability and Sustainability: Designed for scalability and sustainability, the system uses technology to minimize waste and energy consumption. The result is a modern, American made production ecosystem capable of producing millions of premium nitrile gloves each month redefining quality, reliability, and resilience in domestic PPE manufacturing.
  • Automated Manufacturing: A fully automated, PLC-controlled line guides formers through dip, leach, vulcanize, coat, and cure stages with synchronized ovens. Inline sensors verify thickness, finish, and tensile strength so every glove meets ASTM/FDA requirements, fast, clean, and consistent.
  • U.S. Build & Engineering: Built and installed locally by a 15-person fabrication team, the line integrates code-compliant electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems for reliable, scalable production.
  • Secure, Integrated Operations: The facility leverages enterprise-grade security with intrusion detection, monitoring, and partnerships with industrial technologists for steelwork, boilers, piping, and PLC programming, delivering a hardened, production-ready environment from day one.
