Our automated glove line features a fully automated demoulding and autostripping system that uses synchronized robotic arms to remove gloves from the formers without human contact. The touchless operation minimizes contamination risk and ensures consistent product quality while reducing labor and downtime. The system’s servo-driven motion and precision sensors synchronize with the dipping cycle, allowing continuous operation at high speeds. Designed for safety and efficiency, the demoulding cell includes interlocked guarding, light curtains, and automatic fault detection for uninterrupted, clean, and fully hygienic production.
Automatic Packaging
The auto-packaging system integrates robotic arms, sensor-guided counting, and PLC-controlled conveyors to deliver fully automated, touchless packaging. Gloves are automatically counted, stacked, and loaded into boxes with high precision, ensuring consistent quantity and alignment. Each box is sealed, labeled, and case-packed by synchronized robotic units, reducing handling time and contamination risk. The system supports quick size or batch changeovers and ensures every package meets medical and industrial cleanliness standards.
